Hi! Mr. Fontaine. My name is Kelly and I am 9 years old. I can't tell you how much I admire you. Your book changed my life. Like God, you are right about everything.

I wrote you a hymn to the tune of Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star.

    Twinkle, twinkle Ray Fontaine.
    You have got inside my brain.
      All your words they are so true;
  So I wrote this hymn for you.
    Twinkle, twinkle Ray Fontaine.
                You speak God's truth, that's so plain.

I'm so glad that my mom let me have your e-mail address so I could tell you how great I think you are.
Please write me back. It would mean a lot to me. You have no idea how much. Love, Kelly.

    Thank you, Kelly, for your e-mail which meant a lot to me. Evidently you believe that I speak the truth. So must your mother since she let you read my book and write to me. She also let you ask me to write back to you. Thank you both for this trust.

    All of nature has designs such as DNA. Some of these designs are visible to every human being. Most of these designs are visible only through powerful microscopes. In your biology classes pay close attention to the wonderful designs in nature. 

    Just as every painting, such as that of Abraham Lincoln, required a painter, so too all designs in nature require a designer who is supremely intelligent. To give Nature's Designer a name, let's call Him God. 

    There are not many different gods nor are there different kinds of revelations of God. The only revelation of God that I believe in is the one that Nature reveals pointing to a supremely intelligent Creator. 

    All of this is heady stuff and perhaps bewildering. That's where your mother comes in to help us both. I believe that your mother values the truth as much as I do. I'm also sure that she will help you to understand the truth that the designs in Nature require an Intelligent Designer - God.  Nature's designs reveal only that God exists and nothing more about his Being and his activity. 

    If more youngsters were more serious like you and if more mothers were as open-minded as yours, many more youngsters would believe like me that God is the Supremely Intelligent Creator of our wonderful world. Hoping to hear from you soon. Your friend, Ray.
